Terms and Conditions
1.INTRODUCTORY
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the services provided by Darling Esthetics (“Day Spa”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) to you, the client (“Client” or “You”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
2.SERVICES
2.1. Darling Esthetics offers a range of skincare services, including body contouring, as described on our website, in our brochures, or as discussed in communication with the Client.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about their medical history, allergies, and any medications they are currently taking.
3.2 The Client is responsible for following pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Darling Esthetics for the best outcomes and sefety
4. APPOINTMENTS and CANCELLATION
4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and availability is subject to our scheduling system. We require 25% deposit in order to book your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your services.
4.2. A cancellation policy, if applicable, will be communicated to the client and must be adhered to.
25% of service price charged for late cancellations
50% of service price charged for no shows
Too many consecutive No-Shows will result in being banned from booking online
4.3. All clients are asked to enter their card details at the time of booking
5. PAYMENT
- Payment of services, including body contouring treatments, is due at the time of service, as per the rates and terms communicated by Darling Esthetics
- Gift Certificates must be presented before your service. Darling Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Replacement will not be issued. Prices subject to change.
- When purchasing a package, full payment is due at the conclusion of your first service in the package. If necessary, larger package amounts can be split into 2 equal payments, first payment due at conclusion of first service, and second payment due at middle of package service (ie:4th of 8 pack)
- There are no refunds should you decide to stop services pathway through your package.
6. LIABILITY and CONSENT
6.1. The Client acknowledges and assumes the risk associated with services provided by Darling Esthetics including Advanced Facial Treatments and Body Contouring.
6.2. Darling Esthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications unless they result from Darling Esthetics negligence.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. Darling Esthetics respects your privacy. Personal information and medical records, including Advanced Facial Treatments and Cryo Treatments will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. OUT-IN for COMMUNICATIONS
8.1 By submitting your contact information you agree to receive communications from Darling Esthetics, including appointment reminders and updates.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
9.1. Darling Esthetics reverses the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. These Terms and governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Authority].
